During the final 12 weeks, you’ll have dedicated support via email and a personalized online planning portal. We provide comprehensive on-site management, including full vendor coordination, pre-wedding set-up, ceremony rehearsal, and up to 10 hours of production to ensure your day flows flawlessly. We also handle timelines and logistics through final planning meetings, venue walkthroughs, and a customized schedule from pre-ceremony to post-wedding clean-up, ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly.

Event management

Partial wedding planning supports you with budget and timeline management, vendor research, selection, and coordination, as well as ongoing guidance and organization of contracts, files, and progress updates. We oversee event execution and logistics, ensuring every detail, from key vendor meetings to guest accommodations and day-of coordination, runs smoothly and stress-free.

We provide full-service wedding planning, from initial consultations, budget and timeline management, and vendor coordination, to overseeing every detail of your celebration.
